This cordless unit is the first brushless Jigsaw in Craftman’s new lineup. The goal of this project was to create the most ergonomic solution to a top handle jigsaw, allowing the user to choke up on the handle as much as they want with a thin top section, allowing for a comfortable front grip as well. The overall length and height are shorter than any other brushless Jigsaw giving more precision being so close to the cutting surface. This project paved the way for how we define the design language of our highest-end Craftsman tools and took 9 months from idea to production.
